Our solution enables the control of up to 16 scales and offers reliable data transmission over a range of up to 500 meters. Realized with our Netscale technology, the software relies on proven technology „Made in Germany“. Implementation is extremely simple: establish a power and Ethernet connection, integrate the preconfigured GSDML or UDT files – and all scale data and functions are integrated into your PLC system. Please note that a trained employee for PLC topics is required for integration. Our IoT solution is based on a Siemens CPU 1212 and a Profinet scale interface, which was specially developed for Industry 4.0 applications. In combination with the EHP Netscale weighing data receiver and the IR500 radio interface, up to 16 EHP crane scales can be controlled. The program modules can be individually adapted and expanded via the Siemens TIA Portal to create tailor-made solutions.

Once successfully implemented, the possibilities are virtually unlimited: The weighing data can be transferred to ERP or CRM systems, networked with other PLC participants or forwarded to PLC systems to evaluate the crane scale data. The use of end devices such as tablets and smartphones to evaluate the measurement data is also possible without any problems.
