Behind the incon­spi­cuous IoT box lies enorm­ous poten­ti­al! Wit­hout much effort, the enti­re weig­hing pro­cess can be opti­mi­zed and you save time and money.

The IoT box has a radio ran­ge of up to 500m and can con­trol 16 sca­les if requi­red. Bes­i­des our own deve­lo­ped and in Germany manu­fac­tu­red tech­no­lo­gy, only high qua­li­ty Sie­mens PLC com­pon­ents are used. The com­mis­sio­ning is very simp­le: Con­nect power & Ether­net and inte­gra­te the pre-con­fi­gu­red GSDML file/prefabricated UDT struc­tu­re. All sca­le data/functions are alre­a­dy inte­gra­ted in your PLC system!

DATA PROTECTION  -> OEM SENSORS 

From now on the pos­si­bi­li­ties are almost unli­mi­t­ed: Trans­mis­si­on of the
weig­hing data into ERP/CRM sys­tems, net­wor­king with other PLC par­ti­ci­pan­ts or
Eva­lua­ti­on of the mea­su­re­ment data via end devices such as tablets, smart­phones, etc. are easi­ly possible.
